The way a package arrives is part of the experience. We don't use generic brown boxes. Every VRSE order ships in a custom matte black box with orange accent tape. Inside, your pieces are folded on tissue paper with a handwritten drop note.
If your tracking hasn't updated in 5+ business days, contact us. We'll chase the courier directly. If an order is confirmed lost, we'll replace it or issue a full refund — no forms, no waiting. Your order is our responsibility until it's in your hands.
Contact Us →On drop days, orders go out in batches. If you order in the first few hours, you'll likely be in the first dispatch wave. All drop day orders are processed within 48 hours. We don't use robots — expect occasional human delays, but never silence.
