How does the drop system work?+
Each VRSE drop releases a fixed number of pieces — typically between 150–300 units per style. Once a drop is live, pieces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. There are no restocks. No reprints. When a drop sells out, it's gone permanently. Waitlist members get access 24–48 hours before the general public.
Why only limited quantities? Why not make more?+
This isn't a scarcity gimmick. Limited production is a core value. It lets us obsess over quality at every stage, maintain genuine relationships with our manufacturing partners, and ensure that every piece that leaves the studio meets our standard. Mass production forces compromise. We refuse to compromise.
How do I get early access to drops?+
Join our waitlist via the homepage signup. Founding community members receive drop alerts 24–48 hours ahead of public release. We also occasionally unlock exclusive colourways or pieces that never hit the general store.
How many drops are planned for 2026?+
Three confirmed drops for SS/26: Shadow Series (hoodies, Q2), Void Prints (graphic tees, Q2), and Edge Cargo (bottoms collab, Q3). A fourth surprise drop may follow. We don't rush — drops happen when they're ready.
Will sold-out items ever come back?+
No. Sold out means sold out. We will never restock a drop. This is a promise. If you missed a drop, follow us on Instagram — we occasionally release a small number of archival or sample pieces outside of the main drops.
Is there a raffle system for hyped pieces?+
For particularly limited pieces, yes — we may run a waitlist raffle to ensure the pieces go to genuine community members rather than bots. If this applies to a specific drop, it will be communicated clearly via email at least 72 hours in advance.
Orders & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, Klarna (buy now pay later), and Apple/Google Pay. All transactions are processed via Stripe and are fully encrypted.
Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?+
Orders can be cancelled or modified within 2 hours of placement. After that, fulfilment begins and changes aren't possible. Contact us immediately at studio@vrse.eu with your order number.
Do you offer student or community discounts?+
Founding community members receive a 10% permanent discount across all drops. We don't offer separate student discounts — instead, we prefer to keep our community pricing consistent and transparent for everyone who was there from the beginning.
I haven't received an order confirmation. What do I do?+
Check your spam folder first. If there's nothing there within 30 minutes, contact us at studio@vrse.eu with the email address you used. We'll locate your order manually.
Are prices in EUR or GBP?+
Prices are listed in EUR (€) by default. The checkout will display the equivalent in your local currency. We ship across Europe and the UK — duties and VAT are included for EU orders.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?+
We ship across all EU countries, the UK, and Norway/Switzerland. We're working on expanding to North America and parts of Asia for future drops. Sign up to be notified when your region opens.
How long does delivery take?+
Germany & Netherlands: 2–3 business days. Rest of EU: 3–6 business days. UK: 4–7 business days. All orders are dispatched from Berlin within 24–48 hours of drop day. You'll receive tracking once dispatched.
How much does shipping cost?+
Germany: €4.90. EU: €7.90. UK & CH: €12.90. Free shipping on orders over €150. We use DHL Express and DPD — both with full tracking and signature confirmation.
My package hasn't arrived. What should I do?+
Use the tracking link in your dispatch email first. If tracking hasn't updated in 5+ business days, contact us directly. We will personally follow up with the courier. If a package is confirmed lost, we'll replace it or issue a full refund — no arguments.
Returns & Sizing
What is your return policy?+
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, on unworn items with original tags attached. Due to the limited nature of our drops, we don't offer size exchanges — we recommend checking our sizing guide carefully before ordering. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item is faulty.
How do I initiate a return?+
Email studio@vrse.eu with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24 hours with a return label and instructions. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.
Do VRSE pieces run true to size?+
Our hoodies and tees are intentionally oversized — that's part of the design language. If you prefer a closer fit, we recommend sizing down. Our detailed sizing guide with chest measurements, length, and sleeve specs is available on the sizing page. Each drop may vary slightly — check the drop-specific notes.
What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?+
Photograph the fault and email us within 48 hours of delivery. We will either replace the item (if stock allows) or issue an immediate full refund including return shipping. No forms, no waiting — we sort it fast.
How should I wash VRSE pieces?+
Cold wash (30°C maximum), inside out, gentle cycle. Never tumble dry. Hang to dry. For graphic pieces, wash inside out only. Our heavyweight 450gsm cotton is built to last — but it needs care to maintain the weight and colour integrity over time.
Brand & Community
Are you open to collaborations?+
Yes — but selectively. We collaborate with artists, photographers, and designers whose work genuinely resonates with what VRSE is building. No celebrity tie-ins for hype. No fast-fashion collabs. If you'd like to propose something, email studio@vrse.eu with "COLLAB" in the subject. We read everything.
Do you work with stockists or retailers?+
We're open to conversations with carefully selected independent stores that align with our aesthetic and values. We won't work with large retailers or fast-fashion adjacents. No ASOS. No Zalando. If you run a space we'd respect, reach out.
How do I become a brand ambassador or model?+
We don't have a formal ambassador programme — we work with people we already know and respect from the community. The best way in is to genuinely support the work, show up, and let us find you. We're watching.
Where are VRSE pieces made?+
Our SS/26 collection is manufactured in Portugal and Turkey — two of Europe's most respected garment production regions. We visited every factory before signing. We know the names of the people who make our pieces. We pay above market rates on purpose.
